Notification to Management when a plan is updated

Hi,

I want to notify the Management Team as and when I update the plan but the
mgmt folks are not part of list of resources that work on project.
Background is that our Management is advocating the use of Project Server by
each project manager. To monitor it, they want to track if the project
managers are indeed updating the plans periodically or not. So I want that
mail be sent to such folks as and when the Project Manager update and saves
the plan in Project Server.

Any thoughts ??
