Notify all affected resources

Hi there,

Can anybody tell me how could I make the same action on Microsoft Project
2007 as for the one in 2003 when I activate the checkbox "Notify all
affected resources via e-mail", please ?

Sabin,

That functionality is not avalable in 2007. It does not give you the option
to "Notify" or not, and you cannot change the email text on the fly. It is
all automatic now when you publish the schedule.

If resources have the option to notify them when their tasks are modified
they will automatically receive an email. Unfortunately the email contains
all tasks, including completed ones, and this happens every time you publish
the schedule. So some people turn the option off to prevent getting spammed.
