Notify Manager of time off\Who does notice go too?

When you use the notify manager off time you will be off and enter it into an
administrative project. Who does it notify? Does it notify every PM who's
project you are a resource in?

It notifies the "owner" of the administrative project that contains the time
off tasks.

You can select who gets notified and it actually is applied to your resource
calendar when entering it into the Admin project the owner will be notifed
of that as well. You are actually referring to two separate functions within
the tool

It is not applied to the resource calendar. It creates a booking for planned
work in the Admin Project.
