Notify me message for emails sent only To email alias but not cc

I am using the Rules Wizard to notify me of messages that are sent To
me and where I am not copied on the email.

I am using the following rule:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
where my name is in the To box
notify me using 'Sent to me'

The issue is that I cannot apply this logic to email aliases where I
am part of. If I use the standard logic then any email that is in to
To or in the CC line I wil be notified of but I do not want to have
this behavior. I only want to be notified if the email is sent
directly (only in the To: line) to the email alias.

Is there a way of doing this without writing a macro? If a macro is
needed could you please provide some sampel code I could use.
