notify when no messages receive in a certain timeframe

Hi experts,

I'd like to know if this is possible.

Outlook 2003: Normally when new messages come in, users will be notified of
some sorts, a sound or an evenlope depending on how they set it. Now, I want
to have it done the opposite. Meaning, I want Outlook to check for an email
(supposes to come in every 5 minutes), if that email comes in, then no
auto-reply will be done. If the message does not come in, then send an email
to people or distribution list.

Please help me out with this. Thank you very much!

No that's impossible. How can you auto reply to nothing? And you should check
for mail every 10 minutes or more, not less, to allow the servers to reset
properly.
