can community kindly help me to solve this problem...

scenario..

i used to be able to click on the link (Read and Rate the response) from the
(e-mail address removed) whenever i received from my hotmail, until only few
days ago,
when I clicked at the link, it did goes to the website but my browser
display a blank page...??? (using Internet Explorer 07)
and
i just discovered that the (Read and Rate the response) was blocked....it
stated as blocked::http://www.microsoft.com/wm3/aspx.....

can anybody at the community kindly assist me on how to solve this ??

I am using window vista home edition and ie7
i also configured outlook 2003 with hotmail
