novice at publishing - need help

Simply need help to publish. Need step by step instruction on publishing
with my current webhost. I have created a new website to replace my existing
one and have been unsuccessful at viewing it on the web. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Please include the version of Publisher you are using, your operating
system, which browser and which version and whether you are using a form on
