I have created an Annual Report document that is 12 pages long. I'm using
11x17 paper printing two pages per side, double sided printing. While
working on the document I have printed it several times to check
layouts....no problem. Then suddenly yesterday it no longer printed the
middle pages of the report. I think I did something to the document when I
tried to print just 2-3 pages to check them without printing the whole
document. I've checked everything I know but still cannot get the document
to print completely again. Please help!

When you go File | Print, in the printer dialog make sure you select (or
have selected) All Pages (or something like that).
Don't just push the Printer button on the top toolbar.

Thanks Rob I did check this, but it still won't print the entire document.
Any other suggestions?

What version Publisher? This is important to know.
Does your page layout still say booklet? Are you certain you have 12 pages and
not 14?

Mary,
I am using Pub 2003, Yes 12 pages is correct. Yes page layout does say
booklet. I know that something got messed up when I tried to print just two
pages to proof instead of the whole document, but I've checked everything and
still can't get it right.

I'd setup the publication again. In page setup select letter. This should turn
your publication into 12 letter size pages. Go back to page setup and select
booklet.

When you want to print a proofing page in a Publisher 2003 booklet go to View,
uncheck two page spread. With the page you want printed on your screen, File,
print, current page, click no if you want side by side or yes if you just want
the page your are viewing.
