Novice Question

Hello:

Sorry for this simple question. I appreciate any
assistance. I am pulling data from a database monthly.
The data totals are what I'm using to populate a graph.
Of course the rows of data that make up the totatls are
subject to change each month, meaning some rows will no
longer be reported on or additional rows of data may be
added. What I would like to do is make life as simple as
possible. I'd like to be able to run the data pull each
month and refresh my excel template with the data, and
have my graph be smart enough to go find the totals I need
regardless of what row or column they end up sitting on in
the excel document. Is this done w/a simple macro? Anyone
have instructions for a novice to follow?

Thanks so much,
Lisa

What about just fetching the totals from the database?

Jamie.
