Novient vs MS Project 2007

Hi All,

I belong to an organization with 90000+ headcount worldwide who are
using Aderant's Novient for a long time but Novient has many
limitations. Our division has around 5000+ employees and if not the
whole organization, our division wants to get rid of Novient.

I would like to know that how MS Project 2007 can help our
organization in Resource Management, particularly its web interface,
since we have around 1000 project managers who requires resources to
be assigned, there are 100 Resource Managers worldwide to assign
resources to projects based on their availability, skills, experience,
cost and resource pool.

So please provide us the links/data/books that support MS Project 2007
and prove it as best resource management application.
