Now I have Picture Manager where is the old one?

I had to reinstall Office, and I now havesomething called Picture Manager,
it does not show animated gifs, among other things. I really want the other
one! I don't even know its name, but it was really handy. I've never even
met this Picture Manager before.

How do I get the old viewer back? (Where did it go and where is it now?)

If I get rid of Picture Manager, will it mess up my reinstall?

Right-click any image, properties, opens with... change. Select whatever program you
were using before the reinstall. It probably was Windows Picture and Fax Viewer.

It works but I have lots of pictures, so how do I make Picture & fax Viewer
the default viewer? I looked in Help section already.
