In a world of acronyms (with lot's of duplicates), can you share your

I take it back, Visio does have NS Stencil. Go to File > Shapes > scroll
down to Software - Nassi-Scheiderman.

Oops! That was part of Visio 4.1 Technical that I've integrated into my
Visio 2007 configuration. My apologies.

From Visio website,
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/visio/HP012087751033.aspx?pid=CH100985451033

You can use the Program Structure template to create structural diagrams of
programs and memory objects.

On the File menu, point to New, point to Software and Database, and then
click Program Structure.
From Language Level Shapes and Memory Objects, drag program structure shapes
onto the drawing page.
Connect shapes as necessary.
Continue dragging shapes onto the drawing page and connecting them until
you've completed your diagram

I think NS diagrams were dropped from Visio a few years ago. I know
it's a very out of date software design method and not used for new
projects, certainly not in the commercial world but there are still
people who need to maintain old diagrams. That certainly should not be
a reason to drop the templates and stencils.
