is it posible to obtain a template for NS diagrams in visio? if so from where?

You can use the Program Structure template to create structural diagrams of
programs and memory objects.
On the File menu, point to New, point to Software and Database, and then
click Program Structure.
From Language Level Shapes and Memory Objects, drag program structure shapes
onto the drawing page.
Connect shapes as necessary.
Continue dragging shapes onto the drawing page and connecting them until
you've completed your diagram
