.nsp Sanpshot file conversion?

I have a .snp file and can view it with Snapshot, BUT I need this in
text readable format.

Anyone know how to convert this type of file (.snp) to text?

Once it is a .snp file there aint much you can do to it. I have only 2
recommendations and neither one is gonna make for a pretty outcome.

1) Print to a disk file Ugh!! :-( (You have lots of Edits to do!)
2) Convert to a PDF by printing to Distiller and then saving to a RTF.
(Better of the 2 options)

I found an answer: PowerPro will extract the data - a tool like Monarch.

BTW I tried option 1) below and the resultant file is gibberish. I used
Ultra Edit ot view it and its all hex data, not something you can play with.

Wow

Never heard of power pro. I will have to check it out.

As for option 1), I did inadvertently leave out one important piece of
information. You have to change the printer driver to a TEXT printer driver
as if the printer were a daisy wheel printer (are you old enough to remember
them?). The output is still ***Very Bad*** but at least there are no
printer escape codes and bit mapped images embeded in the file.
