NT authenticated users to Issues

I would like to give NT domain authenicated users access to one of my ISSUEs
sites. I went to the WSS site settings for this site and then to Manage
anonymous access. There I checked yes for All Authenticated Users and gave
them Reader, Readers, Contributor and Team members permissions. Now there is
a section form Domain Groups with "NT AUTHORITY\Authenticated Users ". But
they still cannot see the site.

Anybody know what I missed?

Are they able to access without going through PWA?

Yes, they can. http://servername/sites/projectserver_125/default.aspx works
but not through PWA:
https://servername/projectserver/issues/IssueShell.asp?ProjID=125
