NT On-Access Scanner service

At boot-up I always get this error.

NT on-Access Scanner service. has encountered a problem
and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Error signnature
szAppName: szAppVer: 0.0.0.0 szModName: KERNEL32.DLL
szModVer: 5.1.2600.1106 offset: 00013887

Does any body know how to fix this problem? My current
boot-up time take more than 10 minutes!
