NTDLL.DLL error loading Outlook 2000 with Vista

I've been running Outlook 2000 since Feb 2007 without problems. I don't
use Outlook for email, only for contacts, reminders, and 'To Do'. This
morning out of the blue I get a loading error referencing ntdll.dll. In
Feb 2007 I had copied over the WAB files. My copy of ntdll.dll is
Version 6 dated Jan 2008.

Anybody have a clue why this error should suddenly occur?
