NTFS Permission setting for shared database file

Could someone tell me the minimum (most secure) set of
permissions required for a shared ms access database?

I'm aware that the folder requires write access in order
to create the .ldb file when someone logs in. What are
the minimum set for the folder and separately for the .mdb
and .mdw files?

Folder Permission-
Traverse Folder/Execute file: Allow/Deny?
List Folder/Read Data: Allow/Deny?
Read Attributes: Allow/Deny?
Read Extended Attributes: Allow/Deny?
Create Files/Write Data: Allow/Deny?
Create Folders/Append Data: Allow/Deny?
Write Attributes: Allow/Deny?
Write Extended Attributes: Allow/Deny?
Delete Subfolders and Files: Allow/Deny?
Delete: Allow/Deny?
Read Permissions: Allow/Deny?
Change Permissions: Allow/Deny?
