NTUSER CANNOT COPY

Cannot copy NTUSER: It being used by another person or Program.Close any
programs that might be uisng the file and try again . ( i createsd a new user
and took of the Machines but still was UNABLE to copy DOCUMENTS AND SETTING
..Anyone got an idea how i can copy ( DOCUMENTS AND SETTING) as i need to
Format This Computer and Reload Windows .

I think you need to post in a Windows group. This is one for help with the
