nudge connector

I have Visio 2003
Is there some way to nudge a connector or text box the way you can nudge a
regular shape?

In Visio 2007 Pro I select the connector and nudge it with the arrow keys.
I suspect 2003 is the same way.

You can even nudge in smaller increments by holding down the shift key while
hitting the arrow keys.
