Nudge Feature in Publisher

Can you nudge a picture/image in publisher like in Word. I know you
can't use the CTRL + arrow keys but is there another way?

You can open the Measurement toolbar. You should be able to nudge without the
alt key. What version Publisher are you using?

Yes...just select (highlight) the object and use
your arrow keys to Nudge it.

Also you can adjust the amount of Nudge by
going to...Tools / Options / Edit tab...
Check the box...'Arrow keys nudge objects by'
