Nudge problem

I've been using the nudge feature in Visio 2003 successfully for several
days. I went back in to correct one of the work flow diagrams but, after I
select the shape and press the arrow key, the shape doesn't move but the
entire page does. I've tried holding down the Select key while using the
arrow keys, but that has exactly the same result.

Any suggestions on how to correct this would be appreciated.

Does the problem happen with only one specific shape or all shapes on the page?

No, but when I hit the Scroll lock key (next post) that did the trick.
