Number 10 envelopes won't print in Office 07

I've had problems with printing envelopes in Office 2007 for months. I'm
using Vista SP2 and a HP D4360.

Even after clean installs envelopes will print out of place chopping off my
return address, this naturally moves the send to address over as well. I then
discontinue using the return address feature and print the address only.

Now I can't get envelopes to print at all. I've closed Office, restarted it
and that didn't help either.

Does anyone know if I'm dealing with a Microsoft or HP problem? And, of
course, what is the solution?

Your help appreciated in advance.

Probably an HP Problem. As far as Word is concerned an envelope is just a
document, with the only thing that is special about it is that it uses an
EnvelopeAddress Style that contains a frame, which is used to position the
address on the envelope.

It is not essential however that you use that, and you can insert the text
anywhere on the envelope that you wish if you want to.

It is not at all uncommon however for envelopes to be fed into the printer
in a position that differs from that which Word is expecting, which can
result in the text on the envelope being offset. Compounding that, many
printers do not handle envelopes very well.

I have the same problem with this printer, and I use Word 2003. I actually have this problem with 2 of the3 printers (same priner type) on dif computers so I would agree it is probably an HP problem.
