number fomating on access {00.00} Hours 40.25 forty and one quar.

I want to enter a number in Access for hours worked... four digits [40.25]
which would be forty and one quarter hours.... and then in a report be able
to get the sum and average... the form is no problem .... the format in the
table is where I'm having the problem....
