number formats

I have time value in seconds (example: 14455 seconds)
I would like to convert to the format HH:MM:SS
How to do that?
Please Help Me :)

Greg,

Divide the number by 24*60*60, for example =A1/(24*60*60), and format the
cell as hh:mm:ss
