number formatting in Excel

I need to format numbers in two different formats in a
spreadsheet
1. ###,###,##0.00 - This is not a problem, but
2. ##,##,##,##0.00 - I am unable to diplay a number in
this format.

Appreciate if someone could help me out.

But I am unable to do it in Excel 2000, had tried this
earlier
