number formatting time codes

Is there a way that you can have a custom number format so
that the figures are displayed as

Hours
Minutes
Seconds
Frames (25 frames per second)

The nearest I can get is 100th of a second. But I need
the frames to be 25.

Maybe it is easier if you download a trial version of John Walkenbach's
pup2000, it has a manual etc..
