Number of emails in a particular period of time

I'd like to get some more information from my emails.
What I really want to do is to find out the number of emails in a
particular period of time (say, from 17:30 to 19:00) out of the past
few months. I'm using Outlook 2000, any hints?

That kind of reporting is easy at the server. Do you have access to that?

I'm not sure how to extract and manipulate data from .pst files.

I have no access to the server, and that's the annoying part...
