I have a web site created with an older version of Frontpage. I ran into a
problem due to a couple of things. It seemed that Frontpage creates a file
in a folder called _vt_cnf for every web page that exists. The problem came
about as follows:
I got a scripted versoin of a message forum, loaded it up within the folders
of the FrontPage web site. Then when I updated, FrontPage created these
additional files, one for every message. Unfortunately my web host has a
limit on number of files, so the site "filled up". (space was no problem,
just the number of files)
Does FP 2003 do the same thing? Do the web sites created by FP2003 have
very large file numbers for the size of the site.
thanks
