Number of "unlinked files" same as site's total number of files

Good afternoon from New Zealand.

On running a Site Summary in FP2003, I'm being told that our site has a
total of 143 files with a size of 25,510kb. This is also the same
number of Unlinked Files with exactly the same size stated. I've
looked at the Unlinked Files report and find files in there that I've
added only this morning. I've tested the revised site thoroughly with
IE6, Opera, Mozilla and NetScape and all links work just fine in each
browser.

So ..... does anyone know why I'm being given this false information?
