While most years have 52 weeks, I have come across some information
that there are actually 53 in 2009 due to the leap year. When
displaying the week numbers in Outlook, it is showing only 52. Other
calendars I have come across show 53. Perhaps I am mistaken, but I
would like to know if anyone else has noticed this and if anyone knows
whether Microsoft will be adopting the ISO 8601:2004 standard.
