Numbered bullets not appearing in Table of Contents - solution

If you use headings that are automatically numbered
using "Bullets & Numbers"

And

If your table of contents is displaying only the text of
the heading not the number.

Then check to see if an embedded graphic has it's anchor
point set in the heading. Moving the anchor point to a
different paragraph marker will cure the problem.
