Numbered List help

Hello everyone:

I have another “continued†question. This time it pertains to numbered
lists. If I have numbered items that span multiple pages, how can I perform
these two steps:

On subsequent pages…

1. Have the numbered item print on the first available line of the next page.
2. Have “continued†appended to the end of the text.


Here is an example:

First Page:

1. Summary of Procedures: Lorem ipsum dolor …

Subsequent pages:

1. Summary of Procedures: (Continued): Lorem ipsum dolor …

I hope this was specific enough. Is this possible or does it have to be
done manually?
