Numbered outline for SOP

Procedure Writer

I need a template with this structure:
1. Heading
1.1 next level
1.2 next level
1.2.1 third level
1.2.2 third level
1.2.2.1 fourth level
1.2.2.2 fourth level

I've tried numbering in MS Word and it does NOT work! grr - can anyone
help??? thanks!
