NumberFormat Difficulties

Simple Question:
Using an Office Spreadsheet Object in a form. Cannot seem
to be able to prevent 2A being converted to 2:00 A.M. -
for example. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Format cells as text, may need to delete and re-enter contents if value has
already been converted to time.
