numbering add in must be added

When opening up microsoft Excell worksheets I get teh
error The numbering add-in must be loadedfor optimal
numbering & Toolbar Behavior Please load this add-in into
your library directory. How can I Correct this.

Chip Pearson has some techniques to clear up startup errors at:

Essentially, you're going to move stuff out of your XLStart folder and uncheck
everything under Tools|Addins. (But keep track!)

Then one by one, you'll add one back and restart excel to see if that caused the
problem.
