numbering after Text

How can I place the numbering in a document after the heading Text?

Usually Word places the numberings in Headings as follows:
1.2.3. Introduction
1.2.4. Weather is good ...
2.1.1 Farming
2.1.2. Cows ...

I need to put the numbering with the different levels after the TExt:

Introduction 1.2.3
Weather is good 1.2.4
Farming 2.1.1
Cows 2.1.2.
....

Use a 2 column table in column 1 put the "text" press CTRL Tab and move to
2nd column and press ALT 1 or whatever your numbering shortcut keys are.
