Numbers format in Excel

Oscar Recio Cant?

I did change those settings several times. Even I started changing my
Region to Spain and then to US and finally to México (because of the
Unicode warning). I did personalize the decimal point and thousand
separators. I did check the settings remain and started the machine
again.

Excel behaves the same way.

By the way, I do live in México.

Thanks for your help, I'll be waiting for your suggestions.
