Numbers on the 1st 2 pages

Dear Sir/Madam,

First, I would like to thank those who had helped me on
my previous post.

My current problem is that my research document has page
numbers on the tile page and the table of contents. I do
not want these two pages of the document numbered.

The problem is I cannot figure out a way to delete the
page numbers from the title page and table of contents.

Thank you, in advance for any assistance that anyone can
provide.

Two popular solutions are:

An IF field code, something like {IF {PAGE}<2 "" {PAGE}}

A section break with "same as previous" unselected in the
header/footer of the new section
