Hi
first: please turn of your CAPS-Lock. It's considered as shouting in
newsgroups

Not quite sure about your issue but ry 'Tools - options - Edit' and
uncheck 'fixed Decimals'

Hi Lila!

What numbers are you entering?

Format > Cells > Custom format

(eg)

0000.00

Will give an entry of 23 as 0023.00

Hi lila!

Format > Cells > Custom format

In the top text box enter:

0000,0000
OK

That should give you 0321,0322

Hi lila
Or if your numbers aren't being used as numbers (you won't be doing any math on them) you could format the cells as text

Format>Cells>Number>Tex

Or another quick way is to type an apostrophe in front of the value. The ' won't show up in the cell, but it will prevent Excel from applying any number formatting

You can enter number strings in a cell having leading zeroz by preceeding
the string with an apostrophe ('), which turns the entry into
TEXT..........or you can just pre-format the cell to be TEXT and the leading
zeroz will hold...........
