Numeric field overflow

My query is a simple make-table query with "Not Null" placed in three
different criteria fields in an imported table. Upon runnig, an error happens
as "Numeric field overflow"
If I do not place "Not Null" in three different criteria, this query is
working fine.
I don't know why this kind of errorhappens .
How can I make make query works without error?

Not sure but try "Is Not Null" rather than "Not Null".
