Numeric Formats

I frequently work with tables. How do I change the
numeric format within a table eg. currency, commas,
decimal places?

Hi, Steve,

That kind of formatting isn't available in Word tables. It is available in
Excel, so try embedding an Excel object (a chunk of a worksheet) in the Word
document and working with that. There's an Insert Excel Worksheet button on
the Standard toolbar for exactly that purpose.
