Numerous email signature issues

Hi

I hope someone can help. We are working on an email signature template that
will work when sent from Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007 and Exchange webmail.

The intention is that this should -

- include an image (Company logo)
- not appear as an email with an attachment in peview mode
- should embed the image inthe email rather than call it from a server

Is this do-able? Everything we try seems to make another part of the
signature not work
