nview.dll faulting application error

In my WinXP Pro Event log I'm seeing the following:
"Faulting application excel.exe, version 10.0.6501.0,
faulting module nview.dll, version 6.13.10.4258, fault
address 0x0001c103."

and in the next Event chronological event

"Fault bucket 100296097."
What does this mean?
