"O" being added

After an apostrophe [ ' ] Word and Entourage arbitrarily adds an o.
For instance when I would type, John and add an 's, it will add an
"o". Like this, John'so. Something is apparently corrupted, any
ideas?

Could be something in Auto Correct. Check there first.
