O.E 6 Problems

If this is the wrong place to ask I apologise.I have limited knowledge

I have an Outlook Express 6 problem.

I am unable to open the links I am sent in my E Mails eg
the blue writing when pressed just turns the message header blue and then
does nothing.

Any ideas or suggestions please
