OS is XP Pro, all patches applied
Outlook is 2003, as part of Office 2003.
One of our users is receiving the error message:
"there was a problem reading one or more of your reminders. some reminders
might not appear. cannot locate recurrance information for this appt.".
I tried the /cleanreminders and /CleanFreeBusy switches....the above error
message still appears whenever she opens Outlook. I'm at a loss and I really
need to get this fixed pronto. She called MS Tech Support, the tech had her
try some switches before logging the call and saying someone would be in
touch with her.
One bit I read online was to export her mailbox to a .pst but DO NOT export
her calendar. How can this be done? It looks like you can do one folder at a
time but not all of them.
