-> O2007: Any way to resize some of the Ribbon sections? <-

Hello,

Some of my AddOns add sections to the Ribbon and are fully deployed,
making some other sections minimized and accessible only with the
"down arrow" next to them.

Is there any way to resize any section of the ribbon so I can enlarge
some of the sections I use the most (like Insert), etc... ???
Any way to reposition them among the same ribbon?

For example, when editing a new message, I would like to expand the
"Basic Text" section to 3" and reduce the "Names" section to 1", etc.

Possible?
