O2K: PAB v. Contacts folders?

hello,

does anyone know the issues relative to using the PAB v. Contacts folder in
Outlook 2K, etc.?

I have just reformatted my HD's, re-installed Win XP Pro and MS Office 2K,
and I noticed in Outlook I'm defaulting to using the PAB and I forgot how
to change this.

Go to Outlook Express. Open the Address Book. Click on Tools/Options. There
are two settings. Click on the setting you wish to use.

Do you also have the answer to this one:
Both options you mention in the Address Book are greyed out, and in the
properties of my Contacts folder the option 'Show this folder as an e-mail
Address Book as well. I have set this one straight in the past, but I
can't remember, poor me.
