O2K-style reminders in OL 2003?

I have a user who, for some unfathomable reason, prefers the individual task
reminders as they appeared in Outlook 2000 over the unified single reminder
window in Outlook 2003. Is there any way to tweak OL 2003 to give him his
wish?
