O2K2->O2K3 Upgrade fails due to PGP?

Hi -

My upgrade from Outlook 2002 (Office XP STD) to Outlook 2003 completes, but
after launching O2K3, I get the message indicating Out of Memory or System
resources - Presumably this is due to an earlier PGP installation - I can't
find evidence of an earlier installation - what else could it be? There's no
PGP item offered up in the Add/Remove list...

Why do you presume this? Have you created a new mail profile?
